Arrive with clean, bare skin and bring any reference photos. Avoid heavy exfoliation or fresh chemical treatments within 48 hours. Light moisturizer is fine; skip oil-rich serums. Inform us of allergies, current medications, or skin concerns during booking.
On-location bookings require a confirmed address and start time. Travel fees apply beyond our standard radius and vary by distance. Please allow setup time; artist arrival thirty minutes prior is typical. Group bookings may need earlier start times and additional artists.
Removal is simple with an oil-based or makeup remover followed by a gentle cleanser. Double-cleansing removes Temptu formulas without harsh scrubbing. Avoid abrasive exfoliants immediately after removal; hydrate and soothe skin. For applied lashes, use adhesive remover to prevent damage.
